To accelerate the adoption of quantum technologies in the economy,Talent & Learning Centres (TLC) are dedicated to building a highly skilled workforce equipped with the expertise needed to turn scientific breakthroughsinto real-world applications and commercial products.
Strategically embedded within the Quantum Delta ecosystem, TLCs play a vital role in fostering sustainable growth now and in the future. Located in Delft/Leiden, Amsterdam, Twente, and Eindhoven, the centres act as hubs that:

- Enable hands-on learning through projects and internships, giving students and educators direct experience in professional quantum environments.

- Bridge education levels by translating academic knowledge into practical skills across universities, universities of applied sciences (HBO), and vocational education (MBO).

- Promote lifelong learning with access to practical labs, educational resources, and opportunities for continuous personal and professional growth.

- Connect academia and industry by linking leading educational institutions with companies active in quantum and related technologies.
