Bringing Quantum Education to Life: Successful Creative Quantum Seminar
The Creative Quantum Seminar on 21 November brought together around 90 curious minds from across the Dutch quantum landscape. From students and researchers to educators and outreach specialists, the energy in the room was contagious. The day opened with inspiring talks from experts at TU Delft and Leiden University, followed by hands-on workshops ranging from quantum escape rooms and colourful light experiments to lesson materials, art exhibitions, and even a cleanroom experience. A standout moment was the Game/Education Sprint, where teams designed their own quantum games with help from international mentors. The event wrapped up with networking, drinks, and plenty of fresh ideas. In one day, participants proved how creative, accessible, and fun quantum learning can be, and showed what’s possible when education, imagination and community come together.
