TLC Eindhoven started a collaboration with Design Academy Eindhoven, combining quantum lectures, games, and creative exploration, leading to a design contest.
On September 16th, Quantum Talent and Learning Center -Eindhoven kicked off a special new collaboration with Design Academy Eindhoven(DAE): Twenty-one students and three tutors are participating in a unique four-session quantum education journey that will culminate in a design contest for quantum later this semester.The first session started with a lecture from Dr. Urs Wyder, who introduced the basic quantum concepts for the young artists. This was followed by an EduQuation Quantum Game Room experience – using quantum games as a creative tool to explore and formulate the right questions for the next learning sessions.This is the first time we are testing quantum games as a learning framework within our TLC activities for DAE – and it’s already opening fresh perspectives!On the DAE side, the project is guided by Nacho Carbonell, Natacha Pincemille-Neveu, and Pui Kei Tam– bringing together art, design, and quantum in an exciting cross-disciplinary exploration.✨ A project to watch closely, step by step!
